Your key responsibilities

We are looking for Food & Beverage Interns for 6 - 12 months full time fixed term contract.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Gain an overall view of how particular departments are run and managed in 2 or more outlets
• Have a mentor who will guide you through your internship and you will as well be assigned a project to put some of your learnings into practice
• Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
• Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved
• Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities and local area
• Take ownership of performing the job well in line with the departmental standards
