Your key responsibilities

We are looking for a Groups & Events Intern for a 12-month, full-time fixed-term contract.

As a Groups & Events Intern, you'll support the events team in coordinating a variety of events, from corporate meetings to conferences. You'll assist with client communications, logistics, event setups, and administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in event management.

As a valued part of the, you will:

• Gain an overall view of how the department operates. 
• Have a mentor who will guide you through your internship and you will as well be assigned a project to put some of your learnings into practice
• Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
• Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved
• Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities and local area
• Take ownership of performing the job well in line with the departmental standards
