Your key responsibilities

Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Receptionist and become part of our prestigious five-star team.

As Receptionist, you’ll be the charming, confident face behind the reception desk — the first point of contact between guests and the hotel. Working alongside our Reception Manager, you will deal with any and all guest requests, and ensuring that special guest instructions are planned for, communicated and carried out.

As a valued member of the Rocco Forte family, you will:

• Deliver outstanding service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their stay.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, address guest requests, and complete the night audit with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a calm and professional approach, even in busy or challenging situations.
• Collaborate with the House Managers and team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Build strong rapport with guests, personalising their experience and resolving any issues promptly.
• Take ownership of your role, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
