Your key responsibilities

Are you passionate about fine food and wine and ready to join a five-star luxury service team? Rocco Forte Hotels invites you to become a Waiter/Waitress at The Drawing Room. In this role, you'll assist The Drawing Room Front of House team in delivering flawless afternoon tea service to our discerning guests, ensuring a world-class afternoon tea dining experience.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Lead and guide the waitstaff team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards during each shift.
• Greet guests warmly and promptly, delivering discreet, understated, and timely service, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle reservations efficiently and manage guest seating to optimize the dining experience, ensuring guests are seated promptly and tables are arranged for maximum efficiency.
• Take full ownership of your role, consistently performing at a high level and in line with departmental standards to deliver quality results.
