Your key responsibilities
Join our team as a Guest Experience Executive, where you will be a key player in elevating the guest experience at Brown's Hotel, where tradition meets modern luxury in the heart of Mayfair. We’re looking for a dedicated individual who can bring genuine warmth and professionalism to our esteemed guests, ensuring their stay is both remarkable and seamless.
As a valued member of the Rocco Forte family, you will:
- Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring all interactions reflect the esteemed standards of Rocco Forte Hotels.
- Actively listen to guests' inquiries and feedback to anticipate their needs and enhance their stay.
•Collaborate with the guest relations team to create bespoke guest experiences tailored to individual preferences.
•Communicate effectively with various departments to coordinate seamless service that aligns with guest expectations.
•Uphold the integrity and honesty of service, ensuring trust is maintained with guests and team members alike.
•Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating seamlessly with night managers and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude to anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but a passion for hospitality and a keen willingness to learn is essential.
