Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a dedicated Barback to support smooth bar operations. In this role, you will manage deliveries, keep the bar and storage areas stocked and clean, and ensure bartenders have everything they need for exceptional service. A keen observer and multi-tasker, you’ll anticipate needs, stay positive in a fast-paced environment, and work well within a team. You'll receive support to develop your bar skills and enjoy opportunities for professional growth, becoming an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Manage behind-the-scenes bar operations for a smooth service
• Assist with stock management and maintaining bar and storage area cleanliness
• Ensure bartenders are fully equipped with the necessary tools and supplies to deliver exceptional five-star service to guests.
• Tailor your approach to achieve high-quality results and exceed expectations.
• Deliver discreet, understated, and timely service, always going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
• Taking ownership of your role, performing with excellence in line with departmental standards.
