Your key responsibilities

Are you passionate about fine food and wine and capable of delivering top-tier service in a renowned restaurant? Rocco Forte Hotels invites you to join us as Restaurant Head Waiter/Waitress at Charlie's Restaurant, Brown's. Working closely with our Restaurant Director, Ben Mathews, you will uphold five-star service standards on the floor, leading a team of floor staff by example with discreet and efficient service. With at least two years of experience in a similar role, a deep knowledge of fine dining, and a natural leadership style, you'll ensure our guests' expectations are met and exceeded. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in luxury hospitality, with support for your professional growth.
