Your key responsibilities

Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm and diligence to a vital Back of House role at a world-leading luxury hotel? Ready to take the next step in your career within a collaborative and high-performing team? Then we invite you to join us as an Assistant Back of House Manager at Rocco Forte Hotels.

In this essential behind-the-scenes role, you will work closely with the Security & Logistics Manager to ensure that all Back of House areas—including kitchens, staff corridors, storage rooms, and service zones—are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Your focus, organisation, and attention to detail will play a key part in delivering the seamless, five-star experience our guests expect and our team relies on. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Supervise and support the Back Of House team
• Monitor food prep and ensure consistency with recipes and portioning
• Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
• Manage kitchen inventory and assist with stock ordering and rotation
• Ensure equipment is maintained and any issues are reported promptly
• Help train and onboard new Back of House staff
• Work alongside the kitchen manager or head chef to execute smooth service
• Maintain food safety and workplace safety standards
