Your key responsibilities

Join Rocco Forte Hotels as our Head Maitre'd and become the confident, polished face of our dining experience—delivering elegant service and a warm, memorable welcome. As part of The Drawing Room Management Team, you will lead by example, ensuring seamless service while continually exceeding guest expectations.

Fluent in the language of fine food and wine, you’ll quickly master the menu, its provenance, and seasonal highlights. You’ll uphold the highest standards in presentation, service, and etiquette, with exceptional attention to detail and an instinct for anticipating guest needs. 

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Demonstrate natural authority and charisma, creating a welcoming, refined atmosphere for every guest.
• Lead and mentor the front-of-house team, setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
• Handle guest relations with discretion and diplomacy, resolving issues efficiently and graciously.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams, ensuring smooth communication and flawless coordination throughout service.
• Manage floor operations during busy periods, overseeing pacing, guest seating, and VIP handling with confidence and poise.
