Your key responsibilities

Join us as a Luggage Porter at Rocco Forte Hotels and enhance guests’ stays with your local knowledge and five-star service. You’ll ensure smooth luggage delivery, offer personalized recommendations, and work closely with the Concierge and Doorman teams to provide a seamless guest experience.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Deliver smooth and efficient luggage handling for guests upon arrival and departure

• Provide personalized local recommendations to enhance the guest experience

• Collaborate with the Concierge, Doorman, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service

• Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times

• Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage to and from guest rooms

• Assist with storing and retrieving guest luggage as needed

• Keep the luggage area organized and secure

• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with a focus on exceptional service
