Your key responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue to create and execute the rate / price and revenue strategy and maximise business performance to achieve the Company's target position within London market and Rocco Forte Hotels.
Along with the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will define and implement revenue maximising strategies, explore ways to create and innovate hotel revenue management practices.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about revenue, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring:
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the hospitality
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
