Your key responsibilities

Brown's Hotel London is seeking an experienced Bar Operations Manager to lead the team at The Donovan Bar. With strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, and experience in a luxury hospitality environment, you will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead the team to maintain outstanding service standards.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Lead and inspire the bar team by setting exceptional service standards

• Manage daily bar operations and oversee smooth floor service

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and exceed expectations

• Train, coach, and develop team members to support performance and growth

• Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture

• Ensure the department consistently delivers luxury service standards

• Seek opportunities to learn, improve, and develop others

• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and the business model

• Use financial and operational management principles to achieve business results

• Take ownership of departmental performance and day-to-day operations

• Support workforce planning and recruitment activities

• Work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence

• Maintain excellent product knowledge across wines, spirits, and cocktails
